Medical Aesthetician

Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, RF microneedling, RF, and laser treatments.
- Conduct client consultations and create customized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on skincare, post-treatment care, and at-home maintenance to optimize treatment results.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure compliance with all sanitation and safety standards by properly sterilizing equipment and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety.
- Recommend skincare products and treatment plans based on client needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, answer questions clearly, and build lasting relationships that foster loyalty.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and address their concerns professionally.
- Strong consultation, communication, and client retention skills.
- Experience in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Ability to perform esthetic treatments with precision while maintaining high standards of quality.
Qualifications
- Active Esthetician License (Required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical spa or advanced aesthetics setting.
