Aesthetician

In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Schedule: This is a part-time position working 1 day per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions with precision and care
• Provide spa services such as body waxing, facial massages, deep tissue massage, and makeup application to meet client needs
• Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively in accordance with industry standards
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to support their ongoing beauty goals
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Conduct product demos and promote retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
• Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options, expectations, and aftercare instructions to foster trust and loyalty

Requirements

• Proven experience in skincare, facials, waxing services (including body waxing), and esthetic laser treatments
• Knowledge of cosmetology practices along with certifications in esthetics or related fields
• Familiarity with advanced aesthetic procedures such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
• Ability to perform multiple aesthetic treatments while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety
• Experience in sales techniques for retail products related to skincare and beauty treatments
• Excellent communication skills to explain treatment benefits clearly and confidently to clients
