Full-Time Patient Coordinator – Luxury Dermatology & Aesthetic Center

We are seeking an energetic, refined, and caring Patient Coordinator to join our growing luxury cosmetic and medical dermatology practice & spa/aesthetic center. This role is ideal for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients with check-in/out, inquiries, and scheduling.
Manage appointments, verify insurance, and maintain accurate records.
Process payments, apply rewards points, and track balances.
Respond to calls, texts, emails, and appointment requests promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and stocked supplies.
Support providers with patient charts, documentation, and cosmetic treatment education.
Process consents, handle cancellations/waitlists, and complete end-of-day reports.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Front desk or patient coordinator role (medical/dermatology preferred).
Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Dropbox, and EMR/scheduling software.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; professional and personable.
Organizational: Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work independently.
Interpersonal: Builds rapport with patients and provides expert guidance on treatments and skincare.
Compliance: Adheres to HIPAA, maintains confidential records, and monitors inventory.
Team Player: Contributes to meetings, shares insights, and supports practice improvements.
Personal Attributes: Patient-focused, compassionate, and eager to learn and grow in aesthetics.

Work Schedule

Candidate will be needed to work in-office Monday-Friday, standard business hours. This is not a remote position.
