Perform high-quality lash lifts that leave clients feeling confident and satisfied.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client's experience is personalized and enjoyable.
Collaborate with fellow team members to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the spa.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance of eyelash extensions.
Utilize software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions, makeup techniques, and beauty products.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist.
A valid cosmetology or esthetician license is required by state regulations.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and helping clients feel their best.
Friendly, approachable, and a team player.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Skills in makeup application, waxing, and massage are always a plus but not required.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
