Job Description

COCO Spa is an upscale day spa serving clients in Brewster and the surrounding area.

We are seeking a professional, personable, and service-oriented Front Desk Client Service Agent to welcome guests and support the daily operation of the spa.

As the first person many clients see, you will help create a warm, organized, and professional guest experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in clients and guests
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer phone calls, emails, and client questions
Explain spa services, products, policies, and procedures
Process payments and complete transactions accurately
Sell services, products, and gift cards
Provide tours and information to prospective clients
Support massage therapists, specialists, and managers
Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front-desk and guest-area environment
Complete assigned opening and closing procedures
Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous front-desk, customer-service, hospitality, or spa experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional telephone and email etiquette
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfort using computers, scheduling systems, and payment systems
Ability to solve problems and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, honest, personable, and team-oriented
Willingness to learn about spa services and products
Availability for weekend shifts
Must be authorized to work in the United States
