Responsibilities

Greet visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Answering phones, emails, and responding to messages
Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment setting for staff and clients
Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and up to date client records
Support office management tasks such as supply inventory and general clerical duties
Ability to handle a fast paced environment and manage challenging situations with patience and professionalism

Qualifications

1+ years of prior experience required in office administration, clerical work, or as a receptionist in a pet care facility, hair salon, or other fast paced environment
Passion for animals
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and be on their feet for extended periods is preferred

Compensation and Work Location

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
