What We're Looking For

Part-time Salon Assistant: -Wednesdays 2:30pm-8pm -Thursdays 2:30pm-8pm -Saturdays 9:30am-5pm -Potential to pick up and cover others shifts, if needed

Responsibilities

•making sure the salon is set up for the day •laundry •working hands on with clients and stylists •shampooing •keeping the salon in order •assisting stylists during appointments and color applications •learning product knowledge, application of toners, blowdrying and our structure in place.

Requirements

•currently enrolled in cosmetology school or just graduated •motivation is key. Our assistant position is based on motivation, following guidelines and eagerness to learn. •must be on time and arrive to work when scheduled. •works well with direction and in a team-based environment •currently living in Massachusetts, no more than 45 minutes away •light training with our booking system to cover a rare shift for our front of house for lunch breaks
