Part-Time Licensed Esthetician at Wellness Centered

We are seeking someone who loves creating an exceptional client experience and is confident providing facials, waxing, and lash services. Our ideal candidate is warm, professional, dependable, and excited to build relationships with clients while growing their book of business.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials and professional skincare treatments
• Provide facial and body waxing services
• Perform lash services, including lash lifts and tints, as permitted by New York State scope of practice
• Complete thorough client consultations and recommend appropriate services
• Educate clients on home skincare and aftercare
• Recommend skincare products and complementary services when appropriate
• Maintain accurate client documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, relaxing treatment room
• Follow all sanitation, infection-control, safety, and facility protocols
• Assist with promoting spa services, packages, memberships, and special events
• Build strong relationships with clients and encourage appropriate rebooking
• Collaborate with our medical, aesthetics, massage, and wellness teams to create a seamless client experience

Qualifications

• Current New York State Esthetics License in good standing
• Training and experience providing facials and waxing
• Lash service experience preferred
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Professional, polished, and dependable
• Comfortable educating clients about products and services
• Able to work independently while also being part of a multidisciplinary team
• Motivated to develop and maintain a loyal clientele
• Willing to participate in ongoing education and training

Schedule

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow as your clientele and our spa services expand. Some evening and/or weekend availability may be required based on client demand and scheduled events.

Compensation: This is a commission-based position.
