Licensed Acupuncturist at Elm City Wellness

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Acupuncturist (CT license required) to join our integrative wellness team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to supplement their existing practice with additional hours in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

We offer both private and community acupuncture sessions, so comfort and confidence in both settings is essential. You'll be part of a collaborative space where we prioritize exceptional patient care, holistic wellness, and individualized treatment approaches.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including health histories and current concerns
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans
• Provide acupuncture treatments using safe, effective techniques and aseptic protocols
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and complementary therapies
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation (SOAP notes)
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in acupuncture and pain management
• Collaborate as needed with other professionals to provide comprehensive care

What We're Looking For

• Active CT acupuncture license
• Proficiency in various acupuncture techniques
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to assess and address medical necessity and acute conditions
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and aseptic treatment procedures
• CPR certification is a plus
