What You'll Do
Provide exceptional hair services with an emphasis on consultation, customization, and guest satisfaction.
Build and maintain meaningful, professional relationships with guests.
Participate in continuing education and ongoing skill development.
Collaborate with fellow stylists in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, sanitation, time management, and guest care.
What We're Looking For
Active Massachusetts cosmetology license.
Professional salon experience.
Established clientele preferred.
Strong communication and consultation skills.
Commitment to education and professional growth.
Reliability, accountability, and a team-first attitude.
