Lindsay Taylor SPAtique is a busy boutique day spa and salon in downtown Westborough. We are looking for a very special person to be our next front desk concierge. This is a sales support position for our estheticians, hair stylists, nail technicians, and massage therapists. You would be the first person our cherished clients talk to on the phone and the first face they see when they walk through our doors (please refer to above question about smiling all day long). We do not take this position lightly.

What we need from you:

  • A pleasant phone voice and demeanor
  • The ability to learn our booking software (Booker)
  • A talent to "read the room" to see what everyone needs
  • The look of someone that works in a spa - coiffed hair, makeup done, nails manicured, etc.
  • Tactfulness and grace under pressure

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Greeting clients as they walk in
  • Checking clients in and out of computer system
  • Answering phones for making, modifying, rescheduling and cancelling appointments, general spa and service information, taking gift card and product orders, etc.
  • Finishing sales for spa therapists and staff
  • Handling incoming deliveries from vendors
  • Being responsible for cash drawer and settling all transactions at the end of the day
  • Some light cleaning of lobby and desk area
  • Administrative work including pulling client paperwork and refiling

This is a part-time position that will require some evenings, occasional weekends and holidays.
