About Us:At Purely You Aesthetic Boutique, we're more than a spa — we're a personalized wellness destination. As a growing boutique spa, we specialize in aesthetic and therapeutic services that enhance natural beauty and promote total well-being. We're seeking a passionate and experienced Spa Manager to run our day-to-day operations as well as assist with Marketing & Social Media.

You're passionate about the spa and wellness industry, love delivering outstanding customer service, and are comfortable balancing operations, staff management, and marketing efforts. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and are excited by the opportunity to grow with a brand from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
- Manage daily spa operations and ensure seamless client experiences
- Lead a team of 2 massage therapists, 2–3 aestheticians, and 1 part-time front desk associate
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee booking systems, front desk operations, and inventory control
- Ensure 5-star customer service standards are consistently met
- Create and execute local marketing initiatives and social media campaigns
- Respond professionally to client feedback and online reviews
- Collaborate with ownership on business development and revenue goals
- Maintain clean, organized, and relaxing spa environment
- Assist with administrative duties and front desk coverage
- Assist Aesthetic and Massage Providers with room-prep and turn-over
- Assist with the not-so-glamorous day-to-day cleaning, including trash, upkeep of bathroom, cleaning and sterilization of aesthetic tools, bowls and equipment
- Able to make positive use of "downtime"
- Does not engage in drama
What You Bring:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing in a spa, medspa, or wellness setting
- Experience supervising teams, coordinating schedules, and handling day-to-day operations
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Marketing and social media experience (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Comfortable with booking software, POS systems, and office tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Canva)
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable with a strong sense of accountability
- Excited by the startup atmosphere and helping a business grow
