Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an organized, professional, and motivated Spa Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless, luxurious client experience. The Spa Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing schedules, handling front desk operations, assisting the owner with business decisions, and supporting the growth of the spa through strong customer relations and effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Scheduling

  • Oversee staff schedules and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including booking appointments and welcoming clients.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate supply orders as needed.

Customer Relations

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences and resolve any concerns promptly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Ensure all services meet the spa's luxury and wellness standards.

Leadership & Support

  • Assist the owner with business planning, operational decisions, and staff development.
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance and customer service goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on protocols, customer care, and professionalism.

Marketing & Business Development

  • Collaborate with marketing companies to help execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Support promotional activities and communicate with social media coordinator.
  • Help identify opportunities to increase revenue, grow client base, and expand services.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of scheduling systems and front desk operations.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Passion for wellness, beauty, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
