Our MissionPurely You Aesthetic Boutique is a gorgeously-funky full-service Spa located in beautiful downtown Holliston. We offer cutting-edge, results-driven services in a serene and welcoming space. Our team prides itself on exceptional customer service and delivering outstanding treatments. The boutique is quaint, and our menu of services is robust. We offer everything from traditional facials & massage therapy services to clinical-grade anti-aging treatments and body contouring options. We even have a retail boutique overflowing with high-quality skincare, makeup & unique gift items. Whether you visit our boutique for the first time or frequent us often, we aim to deliver a 5-star Experience for all.
Our Team
We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a thriving business with tremendous growth potential. This candidate must be a go-getter, looking to grow with us, with strong customer service experience, preferably in the Spa, MedSpa or Skincare Industry. Spa perks, incentives and retail commissions included! This is a 25-30 hr a week job with the potential for more hours during the busy season.
Job Overview
- Oversee day-to-day spa operations
- Manage staff scheduling and scheduling appointments
- Manage spa sales and profitability
- Manage Social Media Content under the direction of owner
- Assist Owner in Marketing Efforts
- Network and come up with out-of-the-box ideas for events and specials
- Ensure all spa equipment is maintained and properly set up for the day
- Manage spa clientele, including scheduling, reservations, and payment
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas in general throughout the day (i.e., lobby, restrooms, staff, etc.)
- Assist providers with folding laundry and room changeovers
- Manage end-of-day closure reports, inventory management, and light book-keeping
- Explain spa treatments to help guide prospective clients, review and sell professional skincare and packages
- Maintains database of client information
- This is a multi-functional role, supporting aestheticians and massage therapists as needed
- Ensure 5-star customer service to all guests
- Great at multitasking and willing to help and learn
- Able to accept constructive criticism and learn from it
- Thrives in a start-up environment
- Must be able to take initiative with minimal guidance
Pay Structure
This is an hourly position ranging from $18-$22 per hour plus retail commission, incentives and room for growth.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience working in Hospitality, Skincare, Spa or Medical Spa.
- Must be available to work every other Saturday and special events as needed
