About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Spa Manager with weekend availability to lead our front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate is an inspirational and reliable team leader with a strong yet friendly personality. You should be focused, hard-working, and an excellent multi-tasker.
Prior spa management experience is required, and medical spa experience is preferred. Experience with multi-line phones and booking software is important, and the right candidate will be computer-savvy, a confident communicator, and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities
- Client-facing role based at the front desk
- Monitor and maximize daily schedules and staffing
- Maintain a full appointment book and drive sales and promotions (including memberships and retail)
- Oversee daily operations of a busy medical spa
- Train and manage front desk staff
- Enforce protocols and performance goals
- Foster and maintain a strong, positive workplace culture
- Respond to client feedback, surveys, and reviews
- Handle incoming client communications and follow-ups
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of spa and waiting area
- Generate reports for staff and corporate
- Manage payroll and commission tracking
- Lead staff meetings and conduct performance reviews
- Manage inventory, supplies, backbar, and retail restocking
- Maintain a clean and professional image at all times
Requirements
- Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week), including at least one weekend day
- Friendly, motivational, proactive, and professional team leader
- Strong customer service and sales background
- Excellent phone manners and communication skills
- Exceptional multi-tasking, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Experience in a medical spa setting with a passion for esthetics and massage
- Ability to resolve client concerns professionally
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant appointment booking systems
- Cash handling or cashier experience
