Spa Coordinator (part time, room for growth!) at Prime IV Hydration and Wellness

Prime IV Hydration and Wellness in Danvers, MA is seeking an outgoing, energetic and Sales-oriented Spa Coordinator with a "take charge" attitude to join our team.

As Spa Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional "1 hour vacation" with every client that visits our spa. This role will work in conjunction with spa teammates to deliver world class experiences.

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, a sales-oriented mindset and a passion for the wellness industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide a positive experience for clients and teammates through effective front desk operations, customer service, teamwork, and spa upkeep/cleanliness.
• Ability to discuss IV treatments, injections, additives and membership packages with clients (training provided).
• Print and review client wellness plans upon arrival and share edits with RN teammates.
• Contact prospect leads to book services, and follow-ups on services via phone, text etc.
• Promote the company's products/services addressing the needs of the client.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Collecting payments and managing the booking system for client appointments (experience with MindBody Booker a real plus!).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa environment to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Energetic, positive mindset with a passion for helping people achieve their wellness goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to upsell services and products effectively while maintaining a positive client relationship.
• Experience in a hospitality or retail setting is a plus but not required.
• Experience with technology (Google apps, social media).
• A passion for wellness, beauty, and customer satisfaction is essential for success in this role.
