About Nails & Co Spa

At Nails & Co Spa, we offer more than services—we offer an experience. With over 20 years in the beauty industry, we're known for our welcoming environment, international staff, and commitment to quality care. We're now rebranding to expand spa services under O Spa Wellness, and we're looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to help create a seamless experience for every guest from the moment they walk in.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism and address inquiries
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for spa services using POS systems (Meevo experience is a plus)
  • Resolve client concerns with tact and urgency
  • Assist in supervising staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on spa offerings
  • Engage in upselling spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience
  • Maintain merchandising displays and ensure products are stocked appropriately
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties
  • Utilize basic math skills for retail sales and inventory management
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional guest care
  • Ensure effective phone etiquette when responding to client calls and inquiries
  • Foster a positive atmosphere by maintaining cleanliness and organization within the spa
  • Stay up-to-date on services, products and ongoing promotions

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years in customer service or front desk roles (salon/spa preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented, even during high-traffic hours
  • Friendly, positive attitude and strong problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable with booking software and payment handling
  • Able to multitask while maintaining professionalism
  • Passion for wellness and beauty is a huge plus!
