Job Summary
Spa Mirbeau is seeking Spa Attendants to tend to the Men's Locker room. This role plays an important part of ensuring all spa guests have an exceptional experience through assisting the therapist staff on sanitizing, cleaning and organizing spa rooms and facilities. The successful candidate will have a friendly, outgoing personality and have a guest-first attitude.
Pay Rate: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Remove dirty linen, glassware, trash from treatment rooms, resting area and locker rooms
- Assist in emptying carts of soiled linen and trash and dispose of in the proper locations
- Deliver clean linen and necessary supplies to the locker rooms and towel storage locations throughout the facility
- Set up lounge chairs and remove as scheduled
- Maintain required inventory of linen and inform Spa management of any shortages
- Clean toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, etc. when needed
- Wax and/or polish surfaces if needed
- Use only cleaning products mixed and issued by the Spa
- Report any problems or unusual situations to management
- Assist in Laundry if needed
- Attend all scheduled meetings as deemed necessary by management
- Perform any additional assignments as directed by management
- Report to work in a clean uniform with nametag at scheduled time
- Give tours of the facility to guests and be available for any assistance a guest may need
Qualifications, Skills & Educational Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service industries
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on the guest experience
Schedule
3pm - 9pm, weekends a must
