Requirements

• Valid NY State Barber License
• Minimum of 2 year of experience (preferred)
• Proven experience in barbering with a strong portfolio of work
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with clients
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to engage with the community and contribute to a positive work environment

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of barbering services including haircuts, hair styling, and beard trims
• Perform straight razor shaves with attention to safety and technique
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and tools
• Stay updated on current trends in hairstyling and grooming techniques
• Minimum 4 full shifts/days a week that include Fridays and Saturdays (remainder of schedule flexible)
