Job Summary

Shampoo Assistant/Junior Stylist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support with running a smooth salon environment. You will assist stylists and clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable salon experience.

Responsibilities

• Shampoo and condition clients' hair as directed by stylists
• Assist with applying color treatments and other hair care services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon stations and shampoo area
• After training, you will be needed to blowout various clients provided you've completed blowout training
• Support stylists during appointments by preparing tools and materials
• Apply proper shampoo, conditioners, and treatments
• Promote retail sales of hair care products to clients

Experience

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Familiarity with shampooing and dealing with clients a plus
