Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salon Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Salon Support Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and operational flow of the salon. This individual ensures that the salon environment is welcoming, sanitary, and fully stocked for both clients and stylists.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including floors, stations, shampoo bowls, mirrors, and waiting areas
• Sanitize tools, chairs, and surfaces regularly following salon protocol
• Clean and restock bathrooms throughout the day
• Ensure backbar and service areas are organized and tidy at all times
• Wash, dry, fold, and restock towels, capes, and linens throughout the day
• Maintain a continuous cycle of clean laundry to meet salon demand
• Refill shampoo, conditioner, and styling products at backbar stations
• Restock supplies at stylist stations (foils, gloves, brushes, clips, etc.)
• Keep beverage station stocked and clean
• Assist with receiving and organizing retail and backbar deliveries
• Track and report low inventory levels to management

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Prior salon or service industry experience is a plus, but not required
