Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome upon arrival.
• Manage appointment scheduling through a POS system, ensuring efficient use of time slots.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding services offered, product recommendations, and promotions.
• Assist in retail sales by upselling products and conducting product demos to enhance client experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Support salon staff by supervising activities during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Refill snack bar and reset break lounge.
• Perform basic salon cleaning.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and manage cash handling as required.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients and team members.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred for efficient transaction processing.
