Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:Receiving all incoming phone calls, and helping clients book, cancel or change their appointments, in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.Greeting all clients at the door, checking them in, and getting them settled for their appointments.Handling all transactions within the salon (checking in and checking out of clients), and maintaining a correctly balanced drawer at all times.Booking of all appointments correctly and carefully.Receiving and checking accuracy of supply shipments. Assisting clients with sales of retail product.Filing and organization of all incoming and outgoing invoices. Assisting with the organization of and maintenance of the salon.
