What We Are Looking For
- Proven Experience: Minimum 1 year of receptionist, front desk, or high-volume customer service experience.
- Warm & Welcoming Spirit: A naturally hospitable, friendly personality that fits our family-oriented vibe while maintaining strict professionalism.
- Proactive Work Ethic: A self-starter with great common sense who takes initiative to stay busy and productive during naturally slower salon periods.
- Rock-Solid Reliability: Dependability is completely non-negotiable. You must be highly punctual, consistent, and ready to support our styling team.
- Sharp Skills: Strong basic math skills for handling client cash drawers, processing credit cards, and balancing daily sales reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly, managing the check-in/check-out process, and handling retail product sales.
- Answering phones professionally, booking and confirming appointments accurately.
- Keeping the front desk, waiting area, and retail shelves continuously clean, stocked, and organized during downtime.
- Balancing the daily cash drawer with precise attention to detail.
