Duties

• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems and maintain accurate client records.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about services, products, and promotions.
• Assist the team with daily salon operations.
• Perform cashiering duties including cash handling, basic math calculations, and processing payments accurately.
• Stock and organize retail shelves, assist with inventory management, and ensure cleanliness of the reception area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math calculations.
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
• Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
