Salon Sales Coordinator/Guest Service Expert

We're looking for a guest service expert with management experience to join our team. Must enjoy/excel at sales offerings, have a charismatic personality, be self-motivated and organized. Part-time/Full-time position available for career-minded person.

This position is responsible for providing a great first and last impression in customer care, offering salon guests additional service opportunities, as well as assisting guests in understanding our products, specials, and company programs, while following all company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory/orders, guest relations, salon appearance, scheduling, etc.

Requirements

• Salon experience preferred
• Licensed Cosmetologists to the front of the line
• Availability for day and night shifts
• Typical hours: 8AM - 8PM
• 20-39 hours per week
