Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage appointment scheduling using POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently and accurately
• Answer all incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
• Upsell salon products and services by informing clients about current promotions and new offerings
• Assist with product demos, merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining an organized retail area
• Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties with basic math skills
• Support the salon team with customer service needs, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint
• Maintain cleanliness of the reception area and ensure all supplies are stocked for daily operations
• Communicate effectively with bilingual clients or team members to ensure clear understanding and service excellence

Experience

• Previous supervising experience in retail or customer service environments is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and basic cashiering procedures
• Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse clientele effectively
• Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, and stock management is advantageous
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced settings such as retail stores or grocery environments
• Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a busy salon atmosphere
