Duties

  • Manage appointment scheduling using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring efficient flow of clients
  • Handle phone inquiries with professional etiquette, providing information and booking appointments
  • Assist with product demos, upselling retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including stocking supplies and merchandising displays
  • Process transactions accurately through cash handling and cashiering procedures
  • Support inventory management by stocking products and assisting with retail sales efforts

Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and team members
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective service to diverse clientele
  • Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for accurate transactions
  • Proven supervising experience or leadership skills to assist in team coordination when needed
  • Knowledge of retail sales techniques, upselling, merchandising, and product demos
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally
