Sugaring NYC – Boston is looking for a proactive, results-driven Salon Manager who is ready to take ownership of their location. If you have experience managing a business (whether in beauty, retail, hospitality, or other industries) and love working with people, this is your opportunity to grow in a structured and supportive environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $28 per hour + performance-based bonuses (can reach up to 50% of base salary)
- Full-time position (35-40 hours per week)

What You'll Do
- Lead & Motivate the Team – Manage 4-6 employees (receptionists & estheticians), ensuring high standards of service and professionalism
- Optimize Operations – Maintain clean and efficient salon workflow, monitor staff performance, and handle scheduling
- Drive Growth & Performance – Improve customer experience, retention rates, rebooking rates, and sales
- Ensure Service Excellence – Monitor quality, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies
- Staff Training & Onboarding – Support hiring, training, and development of new team members
- Customer Experience & Conflict Resolution – Handle escalations and ensure clients leave satisfied
- Track & Analyze KPIs – Work with company-provided data to identify improvement opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Management experience (4+ years) – preferably in beauty, retail, or hospitality but open to other industries
- Strong leadership & people skills – ability to inspire, manage, and support a team
- Problem-solving mindset – ability to analyze numbers and make data-driven decisions
- Great customer service & communication skills
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using POS systems, scheduling software, and performance tracking tools
- Highly organized & proactive – ability to multitask and take ownership of operations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Work Schedule
- Full-time (35-40 hours/week)
- Availability for Saturdays and/or Sundays (required)
