What You'll Do

• Lead the floor — run team huddles, set expectations, and keep the team focused and accountable
• Coach and develop stylists to improve service quality, sales, and professionalism
• Drive performance — support KPIs, membership growth, and client retention
• Deliver high-quality services — cuts, color, styling, treatments, and extensions
• Manage operations — scheduling, daily flow, and communication with ownership

What You Need

• NY Cosmetology License
• 5+ years of salon experience (high-volume or high-end preferred)
• Some leadership experience (assistant manager, lead stylist, educator, etc.)
• Strong communication and presence on the floor
• High standards, accountability, and a team-first mindset
