Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome clients warmly and courteously.Lead and guide the Guest Care team to deliver outstanding client service.Manage appointment bookings and address client inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Maintain an organized and tidy reception area. Support the Guest Care team and Operations Manager with various administrative tasks.Manage client records and ensure accurate data entry. Assist with Inventory management. Process client payments and ensure proper cash handling procedures. Strive to achieve K. P. Is, including productivity, prebooking, client retention, and service and retail sales.Foster a positive and professional environment aligned with our core values.Oversee and manage salon maintenance and cleanliness.Take initiative, be selfmotivated, and always seek improvement.
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in salon management software is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.Flexibility to work 20+ hours per week
- including evenings and at least 2 Saturdays per month.Previous experience in a salon
- spa
- or beauty industry is a plus.
