The Role

We're looking for a polished, high-energy Front Desk Receptionist who understands that this role is more than a check-in point—it's the first impression of our brand.

You'll set the tone the moment a client walks in. From your greeting to how you manage the flow of the day, your presence, professionalism, and attention to detail directly shape the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet every client with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
• Manage a high-volume phone line with clear, polished communication
• Schedule and coordinate appointments with accuracy and efficiency
• Handle client inquiries with a solutions-focused approach
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually elevated front desk
• Support the team in keeping the day running smoothly and on schedule

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer-facing role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• A natural ability to create a welcoming, high-quality experience
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable in a style-driven, client-focused environment
