We're Hiring: Front Desk Salon Coordinator

Stephen & Co. Salon located in Dartmouth, MA, celebrating 50 years of beauty and excellence, is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Salon Coordinator to join our team!

As the first point of contact for our guests, you play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience. If you love working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this position is for you!

What you'll do:

• Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage appointment bookings and daily scheduling.
• Handle phone calls and guest transactions.
• Assist with check-ins/check-outs and retail transactions.
• Support the salon team with administrative and organizational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, polished, and inviting front desk and salon area.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every guest feels valued.

What We're Looking For:

• A positive, professional, and polished presence.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using scheduling and POS systems. (training provided)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service or salon/spa experience is a plus, but not required.
