The salon & spa coordinators work at the front desk providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is NOT a basic meet-n-greet customer service position. Our salon & spa coordinators are the foundation to the 5-star experience that guests have come to know and love at Puffer's.
Job Requirements
- Multi-line phone management
- Utilize our technologically advanced scheduling software to maintain schedules of over 20 service providers
- Maintain functional knowledge of all products and services including timing, resource requirements, and booking necessities to ensure proper, efficient, timely reservations
- Cash handling/drawer management
- Inventory control
- Routine cleaning
- Full-time availability required
- Days/nights during the week and Saturdays a must
