Salon Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a Salon Coordinator to join our team and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, goal-driven, and passionate about the salon industry.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and ensuring a smooth check-out experience
• Support salon sales goals including service sales, retail sales, and gift card sales
• Maintain new client gifts, intake forms, business cards, and service menus
• Opening and closing the salon following checklists before anyone clocks out
• Hold service providers accountable for planning and tracking their days
• Handle inventory, maintaining budget guidelines, and restocking
• Social media management (if skills are met)

Compensation

Base pay starts at minimum wage. However, if social media skills are met, a higher hourly wage is provided. Bonuses are available when goals are met. Detailed training is provided.
