Luxe Lab Studio is a high-end, modern salon dedicated to providing exceptional beauty services in a warm, professional environment. We're currently looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated individual to join our team as a Salon Assistant + Coordinator Support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the salon atmosphere and wants to be part of a creative, fast-paced environment—no cosmetology license required!

Responsibilities

• Shampooing and prepping clients for stylists
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all salon areas
• Folding towels and doing laundry
• Stocking and organizing products
• Assisting with social media content (optional but a plus)
• Answering phones if necessary, booking appointments, and welcoming clients
• Supporting stylists and management as needed

Ideal Candidate

• Punctual, dependable, and professional
• Friendly with great communication skills
• Takes initiative and enjoys being helpful
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Comfortable working on their feet for extended periods
• Previous salon or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
