As a Salon Assistant/Stylist, you will enhance the client experience and salon operations, delivering exceptional service and styling assistance. Working with senior stylists and management, you will perform hair care services, maintain sanitation standards, and help with appointment coordination and product recommendations. Responsibilities

• Answer client calls and manage appointments
• Get to know our friendly clients, learn their preferences, and build trust
• Shampoo / Blow Dry
• Learn about our Moroccan Oil and Oligo product lines
• Assist with inventory and help place new product orders
• Promote our client referral program
• Enhance our social media footprint

Skills

• Client service experience is a plus
• Knowledgeable in current hair trends, colors, and styles
• Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hair care, styling, and coloring with a strong client-service orientation
• Proficiency in cosmetology practices, sanitation, and color theory; comfortable with hair extensions and threading
• Customer service, front desk duties, appointment scheduling, and retail sales; basic salon software proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced beauty environment, upsell services/products, and maintain high sanitation standards
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Salon experience: 2 years (Required)
• Cosmetology License (Required)
