Salon Assistant

Scissors by Fabio’s Hair & Color Studio in East Norwich is looking for a motivated Salon Assistant who wants hands-on experience in an upscale, education-driven salon.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome guests and help create a warm, polished salon experience

• Prepare stations, tools, towels, and supplies for services

• Support stylists with shampooing, color preparation, blow-dry assistance, and service flow as permitted and directed

• Maintain salon cleanliness, sanitation standards, laundry, and organized back-bar and retail areas

• Help monitor inventory and keep professional products stocked

• Learn through observation, coaching, and hands-on education while supporting the team

What we’re looking for:

• Current beauty-school student, recent graduate, or early-career salon professional preferred

• Reliable, punctual, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Friendly communication, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in guest care

• Team-minded, coachable, and excited to grow in cutting, color, and salon operations

• Availability Tuesday through Saturday preferred
