Salon Assistants should have the ability to pay attention to detail and follow instructions accurately to ensure a high standard of service. Work effectively as part of a team and support the stylists is crucial. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential for working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

As a Salon Assistant you will be enrolled in one of the industry's top Stylist Training Programs. Participants in this program perform their daily responsibilities in a learning environment during salon hours in addition to participating in weekly classes. The Marc Harris Professional Stylist Training Program is provided at no cost to the employee. Interested candidates should envision working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Positions available are for 20 to 40 hours per week.
