Salon and Spa Manager

Looking for someone who has had experience in the health and beauty field.  We are a "men-centric" salon.  Designed with the comfort of men in mind, but we service the entire family.  We are located in Carver, MA.  There is nothing similar to our salon in the area.  We have a 3 station hair area, 3 state of the art pedicure chairs, 2 manicure tables in a private treatment room, an esthetics room for skin care, (we are now offering HydraFacials, Ultrasonic facials, waxing, lash and brow care and a brand new plumbed Japanese head spa table.  We have been in business since November 28, 2025 (still new).  We have been doing well, but would like to take this concept to the next level with your help and expertise.  Would prefer someone with a current license in one of the areas that we service (cosmetology, nail tech or esthetician).  Would like to work with someone who one day possibly want to take over the salon.  Some financing would be available from the salon owner.
