I'm a solo entrepreneur & a licensed cosmetologist specializing in PMU & Fine Line Tattooing. I operate a very clean & thoughtfully designed esthetics studio in a professional business park. I'm currently looking to sublet my private treatment room to the right person — someone who aligns with my values, standards, & vision for a peaceful, high quality client experience.

This opportunity is ideal for a professional in permanent makeup (lip blush, eyeliner, etc.), lash lifts/tints, brow shaping or hybrid stain, or holistic/advanced skin treatments. My goal is to bring in a service provider whose work complements mine so we can both grow while offering clients more value under one roof.

• Located in a professional business park, first floor of a beautifully updated building
• Private treatment room with central air – individually controlled for your comfort
• Bathrooms just down the hall
• Handicap accessible building
• Quiet and professional atmosphere — you'll have solo access to the space during your booked times
• Ample parking for you & your clients

I'm Looking For

A licensed and insured professional in one or more of the following specialties:

• Permanent makeup (especially lip blush, eyeliner, nano, etc.)
• Lash lifts/tints
• Brow services (shaping, lamination, stain, etc.)
• Skin care treatments (facials, dermaplaning, enzyme therapy, etc.)

This is not just about filling a space — I am intentionally selective in finding someone who fits both energetically & professionally. I want to create an environment where clients feel safe, cared for, & confident in the services being offered.
