Job Description
We're looking for a whip-smart, high-energy Personal Assistant to support the powerhouse owner of a thriving spa and salon, Indulgence Aesthetics. This is not your average PA gig—you'll be the right-hand person to a beauty industry boss, helping keep life (and business) running smoother than freshly revived and rejuvenated MIND BODY SOUL.What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the ultimate schedule sorcerer—managing calendars, appointments, and personal errands
- Organizing marketing materials, spa events, and maybe the occasional mini photo shoot
- Responding to emails, DMs, and client inquiries with professionalism and sparkle
- Assisting with daily spa operations and being the go-to problem solver
- Organize and manage personal calendar, including appointments, family events, and travel
- Assist with household management tasks, including coordinating with contractors, service providers, and staff
- Basically, helping our boss stay on top of her Life—while having a little fun doing it!
We're Looking for Someone Who
Has impeccable organizational skills and a sixth sense for what needs to be done
- Is tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace, social media apps, and scheduling platforms
- Has a warm, polished, professional vibe—but isn't afraid to get things DONE
