Part-Time Receptionist at Sculpture Body Center

Sculpture Body Center is a premier medical spa dedicated to enhancing our clients' wellness and appearance through advanced treatments and personalized care. We are seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Location: Sculpture Body Center in Watertown, MA

Specifically, we are looking for someone to work Tuesday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Up to 30 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Process client checkouts, schedule appointments, and manage bookings.
• Learn about our services and educate clients on available treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Prepare treatment rooms for services and assist with light cleaning.
• Handle light laundry duties as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as answering calls, emails, and client inquiries.

Qualifications

• 2 years previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a spa setting.
• A professional, polished, and friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to learn about medical spa treatments and educate clients.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and client management.
