Purely You Aesthetic Boutique is expanding its team and seeking an experienced and dedicated Aesthetician.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of spa or med-spa experience with a keen attention to detail and strong passion for delivering results-driven facials and beauty services. If you are a collaborative individual with a strong sense of accountability and work ethic and are interested in contributing to our boutique spa, we look forward to receiving your application.

Purely You Aesthetic Boutique is a growing medi-spa in downtown Holliston, MA. The position offers an hourly wage or option for a commission per service plus retail sales.

Days needed: Saturdays 9-4pm, Monday/Tuesday Shift - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF THIS DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU.

What You Need

Requirements:

• Licensed Aesthetician in the state of Massachusetts
• Experienced with Clinical Skin Care: 2 year min.
• Possesses a deep, thorough knowledge of the skin
• Has excellent facial massage and skin extraction techniques
• Knowledge of current aesthetic treatment practices, products and trends
• Experienced and comfortable consulting patients regarding skin care needs, techniques and treatment plans
• Familiar with recognized skincare lines and components
• Experienced with medical spa services such as Chemical Peels, Micro-needling, Dermaplaning, Hydrafacial and body contouring
• Basic knowledge of Mineral Make up
• Experience with waxing of face and body (bonus if you have experience with Brazilian waxing)
• Eager to regularly research and learn about Clinical Skin Care
• Consultative Sales-oriented
• Flexible (Scheduling)
• Have a positive, professional, energetic and friendly attitude
• Rule-abiding and respectful
• Must learn booking software to assist front desk on occasion
• Great team player
• Able to work every Saturday with a few additional shifts
• Participate in monthly events, marketing, networking, and promotions across various marketing and networking mediums
• Drama free
• Compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
