Full-Time Aesthetic Nurse Injector at Concept Medspa

We are looking for someone who is passionate about aesthetic medicine, patient safety, and creating beautiful, natural-looking results while building long-term relationships with patients.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
• Must speak English and Portuguese fluently
• Active, unrestricted RN, NP, or PA license in Massachusetts
• Must have completed a recognized aesthetic complication management course
• Must be comfortable using social media and speaking on camera for educational, treatment-related, and promotional content
• Hands-on experience administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient assessment, injection safety, and complication prevention
• Comfortable performing patient consultations, educating patients, and developing individualized treatment plans
• Ability to recognize potential complications and follow appropriate escalation and emergency protocols
• Ability to follow Concept Medspa's clinical protocols, policies, and safety guidelines, as well as applicable Massachusetts laws, regulations, scope-of-practice requirements, and professional standards
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely clinical documentation
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Professional, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work collaboratively with our Lead Nurse Injector and medical team
• Must be available to work days, some evenings, and Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with additional aesthetic treatments such as biostimulators, PRP, and PRF is a plus but not required. We are willing to provide training for the right candidate who is motivated to learn and expand their aesthetic skill set.

A professional social media presence or previous experience creating educational aesthetic content is also a plus.

Because social media is an important part of our practice, the candidate must be comfortable being on camera, speaking about aesthetic treatments, and actively participating in the practice's social media presence.

We are looking for someone who is committed to continuing their education and staying current with facial anatomy, injection techniques, product knowledge, complication prevention, and complication management.

Schedule

This is a full-time position. Candidates must have flexibility to work daytime hours, some evenings, and Saturdays based on patient demand and the practice schedule.
