Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) at Irene Gladstein, M.D., P.C.

We are looking for a skilled aesthetic provider with significant hands-on injectable experience who is comfortable evaluating and treating patients independently.

This is NOT an entry-level or training position. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience performing aesthetic treatments and cosmetic injectables is required.

RNs without PA or NP credentials will not be considered for this position.

Required Experience

Candidates must have at least 2 years of hands-on aesthetic medicine experience, including significant experience with cosmetic injectables.

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

• Neuromodulators, including Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, and/or Daxxify®
• Dermal fillers
• Facial balancing and full-face aesthetic assessment
• Lip augmentation
• Cheek, chin, and jawline enhancement
• Biostimulatory injectables such as Sculptra® and/or Radiesse®
• Appropriate patient selection and individualized treatment planning
• Facial anatomy and safe injection techniques
• Recognition and management of potential injectable complications
• Patient consultations, education, and follow-up care

Experience with additional aesthetic treatments, including laser and energy-based devices, skin rejuvenation, regenerative treatments, or other advanced aesthetic procedures, is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active New York State PA-C or NP license
• Minimum 2 years of aesthetic/injectable experience – REQUIRED
• Must already be proficient and confident performing cosmetic injections
• Excellent understanding of facial anatomy
• Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent bedside manner and patient communication skills
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term patient relationships
• Professional, polished, and positive demeanor
• Highly organized and dependable
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently while following practice protocols and physician oversight
• Strong professional references required

• You are primarily looking for injectable training
• Your experience consists primarily of courses or certifications without significant hands-on patient experience

We are looking for an experienced injector who can confidently step into an established aesthetic practice.
