Registered Nurse – Med Spa at CARE Esthetics of Bolton (Dentistry by Dr. David & Associates)

We're launching a new med spa division and looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Registered Nurse to help build it from the ground up. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity — not a role where you're stepping into an established book of business, but one where you help create it. You'll have real input into services, branding, and social media strategy, with the chance to build your own patient following as the face of the spa.

We have launched CARE Esthetics Bolton because across all our companies we believe very strongly in finding natural therapies that help your body to create its own anti-aging regenerative treatments. We have partnered with the Center for Advanced Rejuvenation and Esthetics (CARE) because they share this vision and support our practice with experts in facial esthetics and leading researchers in therapies such as platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) and cutting-edge laser therapies that allow us to offer our clients all-natural products and procedures to provide beautiful and natural-looking results.

What You'll Do

• Perform Botox and dermal filler injections
• Administer PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) treatments
• Operate laser treatments (skin rejuvenation, hair removal, etc.)
• Provide esthetician services (facials, skin treatments, peels)
• Create and appear in social media content to help launch and grow the spa's brand
• Actively build a patient base through community outreach, referrals, and marketing
• Collaborate directly with practice leadership on service offerings and growth strategy

Requirements

• Active RN license in Massachusetts
• Certification/training in Botox and dermal filler injection
• Experience with PRF and laser treatments
• Esthetician license or equivalent training
• Comfortable being on camera and participating in social media marketing
• Entrepreneurial mindset — excited to build something new, not just maintain an existing patient flow
• Strong bedside manner and consultative sales ability
