We are seeking a top-tier Aesthetic Injector specializing in Botox, dermal fillers, and facial rejuvenation who delivers exceptional results and thrives in a high-end, patient-focused environment.

This role is ideal for a skilled injector with strong aesthetic judgment, confidence in consultations, and a proven ability to generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced injectable treatments including neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport) and dermal fillers (lips, cheeks, jawline, chin, under-eye)
• Deliver natural, balanced, and high-quality results
• Stay current with the latest techniques and trends in aesthetics

• Conduct confident, high-converting consultations
• Assess facial anatomy and recommend customized treatment plans
• Educate patients on services, pricing, and long-term aesthetic plans
• Drive revenue through treatment plans, package sales, and retention

• Deliver a luxury, concierge-level experience
• Build long-term relationships and patient loyalty
• Maintain a polished, professional, and confident presence

• Maintain accurate charting and documentation
• Follow all HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical safety protocols
• Ensure proper product handling and inventory awareness

Qualifications

• RN, NP, PA, or MD with active Massachusetts license
• 2+ years of hands-on injectable experience
• Strong portfolio of before/after results
• Deep understanding of facial anatomy

• Experience in a high-end med spa or aesthetic clinic
• Advanced training in fillers and facial balancing
• Existing patient following (highly valued)
