Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Loc Stylist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is talented, reliable, professional, and aligned with our commitment to healthy hair and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Retwists
• Starter locs
• Loc repairs
• Styling (barrels, petals, etc.)
• Provide shampoo services (includes clarifying + Tea Tree treatments)
• Educate clients on proper loc maintenance and care
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Uphold NappStar's customer service and brand standards
• Be camera-ready and open to participating in social media content

Requirements

• Proven experience with loc styling
• Strong knowledge of healthy hair care practices
• Professional, punctual, and team-oriented
• Excellent communication and customer service skills Must be able to speak English and available to work scheduled shifts consistently
