Duties

• Provide a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Demonstrate expertise in color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades and styles.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
• Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance techniques.
• Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Engage with clients to build rapport and ensure repeat business through excellent customer service.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement nail services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service offerings.

Skills

• Proficiency in nail care techniques and cosmetology practices.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Body waxing is a plus.
